Who was a woman you looked up to when you were *specifically* in elementary school--and in real life?

Me first: pastor's wife played tambourine, sang backup vocals and had curly hair when curly hair was in. 

I wanted to play the tambourine, sing backup vocals and have curly hair too.

My kindergarten bus driver! 

I was bussed to school with older kids and she had me sit behind her, talked to me, made sure this one boy wasn’t too much of a bully. When it was my turn to walk the stage at kindergarten graduation (America lol) and say what I wanted to be when I grew up, I, of course, said bus driver.

Went from wanting to be a bus driver to president oddly quickly 😂 but I still think of her kindness often. There really is a bit of magic in making people feel good.
