Good q! I started using both tipping apps when they launched, and at first I found myself liking posts a bit less, but only the best ones. But once I realized that my followers have enabled tipping too, it stopped feeling like spending - more and more tips started coming back. Now I don’t think about it at all!

Set it low enough for likes and recasts that I’m unbothered. 

Disabled comments, follows, quote casts.
