i didn't go to the gym at all last week 😇
decided to prioritize outside social time instead as we got some beautiful weather here in montreal!
> wed: 12,000 steps, 30 min bike ride, and an evening picnic
> thur: terrasse drinks and dinner
> fri: @debbie arrived (!!), dive bar dinner & drinks, microbrewery pints, little tour around my neighbourhood
> sat: 10,000 steps and a spa day with the ladies (ft. @joellelb)
a little gutted my week 12 (aka wrapping up 3 months) is empty, but also not trying to be hard on myself for deciding to spend my time in other, still healthy, ways ☺️ 13 replies
