the cafes here use a local quebec brand of oatmilk mostly it's sooooo good ugh

Most places use trash oat milk that’s got all sort of nasties in it anyways! 100% real nut milk or dairy milk is the way

soy milk has protein. tastes the worst, but no cows involved at least

unless a major plague wipes out at least half the world’s population, the end isn’t that far off. i think most young people go through a ‘there’s no planet B’ phase, but everything changes as you get older and start caring less

the other day i was actually thinking about this, like how much of the world has switched to oat milk and is it enough to reduce demand on dairy so cows don't fart and burp as much methane gas into the air contributing to global warming??

There is also high protein oat milk available, but it is a speciality product
