understand this . it's hard to sit with ambiguity . have considered trying an improv class in order to improve reactions .

oh! i'm really, really comfortable sitting with ambiguity, it's my comfort zone in business and life tbh, i'm great under pressure, and very confident in making decisions on the fly and getting shit done. the situation I'm describing in my post is about the heightened sense of anxiety when I know a change is coming, the date is on the calendar, it has been announced, i'm doing things to prepare for it, and I have to wait for it to arrive before anything happens. I'm impatient, have too much time to think, and sometimes I overthink. adding to the anxiety even more.
