✦ Reality Is Just a Game Now ✦ Scoring points, hunting for clues, building plotlines, revealing the Grand Narrative… QAnon is popular in part because the act of “researching” through obscure forums and videos and posts, while more time-consuming than TV, is actually *more enjoyable* because it is Game-like, or even ARG-like. An alternate reality game begins too when people notice “rabbit holes,” small details they encounter in their daily lives that don't make sense, that seem like clues.
