Endowment Review 🏛️

Endowment beat inflation but ETH yields ↓ since 2023. DAO may allow shifting ETH/stable % & adopt a more aggressive IPS. 

Rebalancing to boost stablecoin APRs & hedge ETH risk proposed. Endowment +$30M YoY, >5 yrs of yield, with ≥3 yrs runway in stables.
