OpenBox Proposal: A committee will be formed to review the deal, assess OpenBox’s financials, plans, and open-source stack, and report back on whether DAO investment is warranted.

Funding DAO Tooling: Tally proposes a service agreement to enhance UX via webhooks, deep integration, and support. 

MetaGov may seek DAO funding; an RFP was suggested. Clarity urged around “dedicated governance” phrasing.
