Yesterday's meeting covered the endowment's growth to $94M, with ETH gains reducing stablecoin holdings to 25.7%. 

Meta-Gov plans to launch SPP streams, a working group funding proposal, and aims to gather feedback to enhance the SPP.

State of Endowment:

• Endowment reached $94M
• ETH gains dropped stables from 32% → 25.7%
• APR low — rebalancing this week
• Funds fully deployed into liquid strategies
• Swapped DAI → USPS
• USDM being phased out
• 3.1k ETH sold via TWAP

SPP vote post-mortem:

Feedback from applicants guide improvements. Ideas that were discussed include: liquid democracy, filtering apps, expert panels, and delegate incentives. 

Undelegated votes seen as risk. Culture of open critique encouraged.
