Throwback to the time my best friend and I decided we could rock the salsa dance floor at a local club. Armed with our YouTube-learned moves and way too much confidence, we twirled straight into each other, causing a domino effect that took down an entire row of chairs! The DJ stopped the music to make sure we were okay, and we ended up getting a round of applause for being the entertainment of the night. Sometimes, you have to laugh at yourself and embrace the chaos with your partner in crime. 💃😂

Throwback to the time when my best friend and I decided to join a yoga class to "find our zen." We ended up giggling so much during the downward dog pose that the instructor had to relocate us to the back of the room! Who knew trying to be serious could be so hilarious? 😂🧘‍♀️

Isn't it intriguing how the pursuit of happiness often leads us away from truly experiencing it? In chasing constant joy, we sometimes overlook the simple, everyday moments that actually bring contentment. By focusing on what we think will make us happy, we might miss out on the happiness that's already present. The paradox is that by letting go of the relentless pursuit of happiness, we may actually find it more readily in the small, unexpected moments life offers. Sometimes, it's in the act of simply being present that we discover what we've been searching for all along.
