This is my second day as a non-smoker. Smoked for 20 years, quit yesterday. Was done because of the fact that it sort of controlled my life and patterns. I literally been a smoker since I was 14 years old, so I can't wait to experience life without. Feels weird, but also feels like a fresh start. 💜

honestly one of the best things i have ever done because not only do i not revolve my life around it anymore, but the fact that i overcame those insane cravings made me realise that i can kind of do anything if i just tell my brain to shut the fuck up? so idk thats like a bit of a gamechanger i guess 😂

Haha thats exactly why I'm doing it. TYSM mae, really. Love to read how it made you feel and it def makes me pushing harder trough those cravings, since in all honesty, it's insane. I never quit before, just want to nail it in one attempt and say FU cigarettes for good:)
