✨𝐌𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰✨ This book left me with a mix of pity and frustration, for Adanna, and honestly, for myself. 😭 Reading it felt like torture at times. I wanted to cry and somehow reach into the pages to drag her out of that hell. I had to keep taking breaks (hello, TikTok therapy) because it was just so much. Honestly? I’d rate it a 6/10. It’s well-written, no doubt, but emotionally brutal. Adanna is the kind of book you might want to skip for your own sanity if you’re not in the mood for something heavy. It’s a relentless, unflinching descent into anguish, and curiosity was the only thing that kept me going until the end. https://drive.google.com/file/d/10rhmt965HUw9mqR3zxvvtz6ngBeANZhd/view?usp=drivesdk

Read this one. I hate that she had to go through a lot in hands of her husband and her stepson? I think I'll need to read it again cos the details are now blurry
