So Iβm new to the fitness game in that Iβve never been a βfitnessβ person, but I started daily treadmill walks about a little over a month and 1/2 ago and was doing just over a mile in the course of an hour. As of today, Iβm now at 2.3 in the same time frame. Small steps for big goals for me π₯Ή
Can we be vulnerable and connect deeply for a sec? I started my weight loss journey at around 207 lbs in March. I failed to take it seriously until May. But, since then, as of August 1st, Iβm down to 172 lbs π₯Ή Still many many a ways to go for the goal before the next phase, but this the most Iβve ever lost (thus far), the most accomplished Iβve ever felt, and the best Iβve ever physically/mentally felt. Just a reminder for you to be proud of every accomplishment. It is a long and difficult process but so worth it.
