EU's open to a US trade deal with 10% tariffs on most exports. But they want lower rates for pharma, booze, chips, and planes. Pushing for quotas to cut US car parts (25%) and steel (50%) duties. Trade chief Sefcovic heads to DC this week to speed up talks. EU also wants current and future sector tariffs addressed.
