Le Doyenné, the best restaurant in Paris
Who would have believed that the best restaurant in Paris is in St Vrain, an hour's drive from the center of Paris. I've been to Septime several times, but I still think Le Doyenné's farm-to-table concept is unbeatable. Even the chacuterie we eat is smoked from pigs raised in the restaurant's own backyard. The vegetables are all picked from the vegetable garden just before cooking. Chef James Henry's dishes are very seasonal, and it feels like I can taste new dishes every week. 🫶
