Nowadays I've realized that for you to work for rich men Two things are needed, the first will shock you: 1. Character 2. Competence Even if you don't have competence, if you have character, they'd employ you, and allow you to grow your talent or skills with them. They prioritize character over competence because, it's difficult to find someone competent enough with good character.
