Shouldn't we be focusing on whether the team and early backers can use their unvested tokens to buy fan tokens while vesting, even if they can't trade them?

fee burning -> fueling the rewards sounds very interesting as say with degen tips are not getting refueled by new money, but here they could.

To me the main thing to figure out is 

1) how to make it stupid simple to take actions (frames help, but dedicated mobile app/webpage in the future will expand to outside FC)

2) where does the money come from

and regarding 2) Ad / Sponsorship campaigns in $MOXIE are interesting because they are permissionless. I put out incentives and they get done (assuming one has the reach, how to solve that?) similar to bountycaster. Put out the bounty, get it done (as long as someone capable sees it)

The Ad / Reward side coming in is indeed also a huge bet on Farcaster playing out as without users on FC no business is interested.

core protocol team can buy Fan Tokens with 16.67% of unvested tokens but not with the remainder

on different topic, i meant to reply to you yesterday about sources of Moxie Rewards. another source is potentially from protocol fees which are currently set to be burned but could also be recycled into Rewards in future

not sure if that's possible, good question! I would assume they can't? cc @betashop.eth
