Nasi ayam and nasi campur are dishes that can be found in many warungs (small eateries) in Bali. This dish consists of white rice that is served with other delicious ingredients such as tofu, tempeh, fish and meat, along with a mix of vegetables and a little spicy sambal matah. Sometimes there is also a bowl of soup with this dish. Those who do not like spicy food can have this dish without the sambal (hot sauce). The word campur means mixed.

Nasi campur is a dish that is served with a spoonful of rice and a mixture of small ingredients. You can also find nasi campur in other parts of Indonesia, but what makes nasi campur unique in Bali is the typical spices that are used in many Balinese dishes. Balinese food is very tasty.
