I strongly recommend that everyone start seeing how our time is running out as early as possible, take more time off from the computer, go for a walk, do good to other people, enjoy the weather and all the other benefits

I agree with you 100%, but alas, if you are already used to loading up on a second job after one, then it is very difficult to stop. When you try to rest, you get the feeling that there are unfinished affairs. What country do you live in?
