Chakras & Health 💪🏻 I’m convinced that the body needs real, physical help first. As I like to say: it’s a bit late to start meditating when your kidneys have already failed 😁 But preventing problems and using chakra-balancing techniques during recovery is VERY important. 🔴 Muladhara (Root chakra) Spine, bones, weight issues, large intestine, and deep depressive states that show up as “I don’t want to live.” 🟠 Svadhisthana (Sacral chakra) Reproductive system, sexual organs, lower back, lymphatic system, intestines, liver, kidneys. 🟡 Manipura (Solar plexus chakra) Stomach, pancreas, gallbladder, liver, spleen. 🟢 Anahata (Heart chakra) Heart, lungs, bronchi, arms. 🔵 Vishuddha (Throat chakra) Throat, teeth, ears, thyroid gland, skin. ⚫️ Ajna (Third eye chakra) Vision, hearing, headaches, pituitary gland. 🟣 Sahasrara (Crown chakra) Brain, nervous system – and it can influence all the other chakras.

Where are you wasting your energy? 1️⃣ Clutter – in your space, in your phone, in your head. 2️⃣ Resentment, anger, anxiety – these are unprocessed emotions that keep pulling you back into past situations or dragging you into the future. 3️⃣ Debts and unfinished tasks – just write all of them down into one list and close that chapter. 4️⃣ Your circle – analyze who you talk to and how you talk, what state you’re in after conversations, and whether there are any energy vampires around you. 5️⃣ Lack of sleep, sеx, and movement/sport – these are basic physiological needs that support our health.
