Besides it’s an intertwined issue. Economic investment ALSO equals funding for education?

quick question: have you EVER In your lifetime lived in a society that gives free money to citizens? I mean, by yourself, there with you seeing and experiencing it by yourself and not in books, YT videos or social discussions?

Am I wrong? Does ‘giving poor people money’ NOT mean funding for education? 

Why does it have to be either or?

How do these studies contradict what I’m saying?
