So I use English and Italian every day and sometimes the confusion is going out of control. There are words that sound similar but have different meanings. Like spoon and spugna (sponge), cold and caldo (hot), joke and gioco (game) and the one I confused today......... faggot and fegato (liver). I wanted to say liver and I'm glad I noticed what I'm about to write before like casting it. I also speak Russian and Bulgarian on a daily basis and often Japanese and it's VERY confusing. When people ask me how I manage not to mix up everything I simply ask why they think I don't :)
