JSYK FAM. 🧱 Many explorers show you a filtered version of the blockchain not the raw truth. What Does That Mean? ✍🏼Blockchain explorers like Etherscan don’t actually display everything that’s on-chain. They curate and structure the data for readability and in doing so, they filter, reorder, or even exclude certain low level operations, logs, or internal transactions. You're not seeing the full on chain reality you're seeing an interpretation of it. That interpretation can: 🖊️Hide failed transactions or internal contract calls unless you dig into advanced tabs 🖊️Display labels and token names that are manually assigned, which can be inaccurate or biased 🖊️Omit MEV (miner extractable value) behavior, sandwich attacks, and subtle bot transactions from easy view For example, MEV bots may execute dozens of contract interactions in a single block but explorers often simplify this into a single line item or bury the details several clicks deep.
