It is probably one of my favorite dishes to eat during the summer.⚡ Cold soba comes with two kinds of soup: sesame soup and soba-tsuyu. The soba-tsuyu, as you can imagine, is great, with the flavors of dried bonito flakes and soy sauce matching the soba. The sesame soup is very tasty with a rich sesame flavor.😋 ⚡
