my 13yo son got contact lenses yesterday

after being so excited to see properly without wearing glasses for the four hours he wore the lenses yesterday, this morning he's struggling to overcome the natural human tendency to not touch one's eyeball

we limit his screen time on small devices strictly to protect his eyesight

thankfully, he's not very interested in phones or tablets - he prefers gaming on the TV lol

I'm so happy for him he no longer need glaces 

tell him to stay away from phones tablets..
