XP2 400. It’s expired and was slightly under exposed so that probably has something to do with some of the grain.

What's your personal take on the amount of grain here? Feels borderline almost too much - like, approaching grain fetish territory 🤷♂️

I mean I only think it's a bit too much in the greys. I forgot to mention it was also pushed a stop too.

I don't know nearly enough about film to have a detailed opinion How does pushing a stop impact the amount of film grain that you see?

Basically with pushing film you are intentionally underexposing it and then developing it longer to make up for it. It does two things 1) It lets you shoot at a higher ISO and 2) Gives the photos greater contrast. But it also causes more noticeable grain (as opposed to physically larger grain with higher speed films)
