Here’s the ROI that companies are generating on their digital ad spend. Do you see a trend in the data? The more companies spend each month, typically, the lower the ROI. Scaling is expensive, and big companies tend to optimize for total dollar profit versus optimizing for the best margins, but not making as much in total dollar amounts. When scaling, focus on optimizing for LTV. It’s the only way to compete with larger companies with bigger budgets.
