So one person is supposed to remember 4 coffee orders when one person can barely remember 1 coffee order? Unless everyone is drinking the same medium black coffee I don't see how this increases efficiency. Rather it creates unnecessary friction. I can't believe how strongly I feel about this lol. This seems like this is one of those "streamlining for the sake of streamlining" takes that falls apart under the weight of actual human behavior.
