I desire nothing more Than to be like the Lord, Holy, To serve only Him in everything, And thus, in everything, give thanks to Him. To surrender everything to Him, My life and my entire being. This is all that I desire, Oh, Lord, to be like You, to love like You. Thank You, oh Lord, For You are with me, For You strengthen me, You give victory in all things, through faith. We thank You, today we glorify You, And in everything, through all that we are, Through all that we have, in everything, Lord, Today we glorify You and thank You forevermore! May You be blessed and praised forever and ever! author: God

if we would have been saved only through faith by having our sins forgiven, why does the Word of God go beyond that? because God wants us to be holy as He is Holy (1 Peter 1:16). God’s will is our sanctification (1 Thess. 4:3) if, after we have repented and been born again (when our sins are forgiven), we haven’t also decided to do God’s will at all times and to actively do it until the end of our lives, we won’t be sanctified at all, and our salvation will be lost!!

the path to salvation can be summarized in these 4 steps: repentance (turning our back on all the sin we are aware of in our lives, so it’s a consistent thing we do, for we will discover more and more sin the closer we get to God) water baptism (a promise we make to God that we are sinning no more), deciding to do God’s will only (how we keep the promise) after we have wholeheartedly taken these, all that we have to do next is keep doing God’s will at all times until we die. that's it!
