Update on Farcaste Pro for developers

1. Farcaster Pro subscription contract is deployed and live on Base. All new subscriptions through the Farcaster app happen onchain (like sign ups). Developers can permissionlessly build on the contract.

2. Contract supports monthly subscriptions. We may add monthly subscriptions and gifting subscriptions to the Farcaster app in the future. Other developers can offer that functionality today if they want.

3. Snapchain is reading from the contract and gating certain features — 10K character casts, 4 embeds, profile banners — based on pro subscription status.

3. A huge shout out @dynemyte  @blockheim @gabrielayuso.eth @gt @horsefacts.eth @sanjay for all their hard work. From idea to onchain and fully in the protocol in  less than 6 weeks.

As smart contracts go, this one is pretty dumb: it just handles a token transfer and emits an event. Accounting is all on Snapchain. 

But it's composable and public if you want to build on it for features like gifting, monthly subscriptions, or recurring payments.

We've disabled subscriptions paid with warps. All subscriptions are paid with USDC and will be emitted from the contract.

Ok thanks, guess I'll better scan those to fix my dataset instead of going through all 1.1M fids 😂

There are some and yes these subscriptions were in the initial upload to the contract.

Are there still some with warps above 10k? If so I guess they are in initial the batch uploads of the contract?
