Modcast - Build a Chrome extension that just swaps up this group of divs on Warpcast web - Allow frame and composer action devs to "install" their apps here - If you can get 100 high quality DAU with the extension, start adding additional features - If you get enough DAU, can easily nudge them to your eventual mobile client - Or just build as an open source project and naturally get a lot of help from any developer building the ecosystem
