Looks great! A few thoughts if it helps:
The composition is a little off, with so much empty space above your head;
The windows are a bit blown out, makes the eye drawn there instead of you;
The aperture on your camera likely would benefit from going to a wider aperture (lower f number) to help distinguish you from the background

Nice! Yeah it’s worth experimenting with. You’ll find a natural framing/style that works for you the more you do it (as with everything)
Re f stop, usually want to go 1 or 2 stops above wide open for optimal sharpness, but you can google what’s best for your lens to see
I often just stick with wide open so that I maximize bokeh, even if I’m a little less sharp, since no one can tell on a phone or computer probably
