How I do these videos (work in progress)
1. iPhone in selfie mode
2. Start facing up, try to avoid millenial pause
3. Find a stretch of sidewalk that's roughly 1.5 minutes walking
4. Export to desktop, upload to descript.com
5. Add captions
6. Add 2 second title card that appears on preview
7. Export the transcript sans filler words
