1. We are making storage units smaller / cheaper soonish
2. Sign ups will still have cost at the protocol level, albeit cheaper, but we will underwrite new users if they connect an X / Twitter account; otherwise, they can pay during onboarding like before
3. We haven't started charging annual fees yet since Snapchain isn't full yet and want to optimize for growth
