New settings for channel owners

- Turn off the Recent feed
- Toggle the Main feed algo between
- Moderation has to be on to use

Prioritized list of channels pain points

1. Moderation set up is confusing / high friction
2. Inability to turn off Recent feed
3. Inability to control algo of Main feed
4. Lack of hide / ban (exists through mod tools, but high friction to set up)
5. Lack of co-hosts (similarly, exists in mod tools)

Agree? Disagree?

What's the point of removing the recent feed? This way, nothing will get past the Main Feed algorithm unless you have many followers who engage with your posts
