can i get better link previews with my pro subscription?

i really don’t understand the priorities here. why did we get profile banners before a decent link preview?

if i share a link with someone not on farcaster, they are much less likely to click it, much less join, if the preview looks like shit

What site has good link previews in your opinion?

That’s Apple not opengraph. Nothing we can do unless they choose to make ours pretty. It’s literally propriertary.

Our opengraph renders media and is better than theirs, eg Signal

no, you have control of that preview. you don’t need a white background with image and text side-by-side, making both of them hard to read. 8 years ago i had the ability to clean up Apple messages previews, and that should still be the case today

You can’t just target Apple. Our current opengraph image previews perform better.
