Genuinely curious to see what “open sourcing the client” means for farcaster. I have a feeling that many will be surprised

No surprises as we’ve already said this: will likely be a flattened snapshot of the monorepo for the web and mobile clients. We will periodically update that. No timeline for when but likely by the end of the year.

Will you publish a snapshot of the backend at some point during this process?

1. People want to learn from it

2. Unlikely. Doesn’t solve any of our problems and will make our process slower.
