Happy for Circle and other incumbents that worked hard to cement their success. Now regulation becomes their competitive advantage. Hard to compete unless your extremely well funded. While reg clarity is good, we will likely see less innovation in stables now as a Result of GENIUS, the opportunity lies elsewhere.

not sure what to make of it tbh those incumbents pretty much guaranteed are going to launch permissioned chains if they want to scale it up with tokenized rwa (their "edge"). if it's kyc gated, then there is no advantage of being onchain, plus a somewhat suboptimal ux because it's onchain
