I occasionally played with my dad around my pre teen years but really my friends got me into chess when I was 16/17

I’ve played with my 4-yo. Removed a lot of pieces so she could just focus on basic moves. I used to work for ChessKid.com and they have tons of exceptional videos to teach kids.

I started learning around 6-7. I'm very thankful my father taught me then.
