2. Best person in the US for building at-scale physical infrastructure quickly and cheaply

3. Ability to recruit talented people

4. Ability to push those people to their breaking point / best work for their lives

Steve Jobs had 3 / 4 and partnered with Tim Cook for 2 (albeit in a different way). Sama is probably second best in the world on fundraising, very high on 3 / 4 but recent 12 months of departures have been tough.
