- Verify links to avoid phishing.  
- Copy exact URLs for debugging/sharing.  
- Clarify context in miniapps.  
- Ensure consistent link display across clients.  
- Aid community moderation of spam.

Can you give me an example of a cast where this would be useful?

Miniapp- Actual URL is scratch.gold (my Private DNS blocked this) 

but the full URL formatting isn't visible anywhere on the screen. 

Cast displays an incomplete URL similarly. Additionally, link previews don't show the URL. 

I use URLCheck, an open-source Android app, to view complete links before opening them in an external browser, but in the miniapp, links open directly in-app.
