i didnt know there s therapy of such sort, but i practice stretching/yoga pretty often and it does feel awesome when i m consistent with it

i didn’t either. i was searching for a massage because i have some tension that feels like it’s radiating from my back to my jaw (??) & saw this place that does stretch therapy. i think i’m going to try it instead of a massage, because from what i can tell, they customize it to your needs and teach you what you can do on your own. it seems like it might be a bit intense, will see!
