Arizona's Bitcoin bill HB 2324 just passed the Senate 16-14 after reconsideration. It's now headed to the House. The bill lets the state create a digital asset fund using seized crypto from criminal cases. If approved, Arizona could hold Bitcoin as part of its reserves.
