Added to my critical urgent immediate attention queue this month was this Blackdove / @foundation development. Going through and paying mainnet eth to cancel all auctions to not risk losing them. There is still so much confusion and uncertainty, but for me personally, all of web3 already completely lost it's purpose over the past 2 years. removing my ability to continuously add to specific collections / contracts which was 50% of my purpose, discoverability is horrendous on the modern internet. I'm not speaking in terms of discover to make a sale, but reliable search or even hosting. This doesn't matter to most, but for someone with a 3 decade consistent creative legacy that search engines purged slowly since around 2017, Preservation, permanence and full control over organization and representation of re-documenting over 30 years of history for future generations was the other 50%... I already sunk an entire lifetime prioritizing the path of the relentlessly authentic creative culture poster child artist that simultaneously put the same priority and consistency into the support / collect / curate side as well... I never regretting that path for a single moment.... but having the past 5 years of life's full attention, energy, and time end up resulting in what these platforms have all done, signaled, justified, gaslit.... it's such a hard subject and such a large chunk of time that makes it impossible to not only regret, but fundamentally ripple through the spirit in such a profound and negative way... The irony is if you were still able to easily discover the breadcrumbs intentionally left behind, telling a story across chains, platforms, networks... this wouldn't sound unrelatable or over dramatic. the whiplash of narratives and behaviors of this ecosystem from what convinced me to justify this pivot to how it slowly unravelled into a more corrupt and twisted exploitation of creatives than any and all existing legacy systems.. that's some high level pin point crit and a.o.e. damage of trauma, that doesn't just fall off the human mind body and spirit over night. 5 years evaporated is not something you can just laugh off, especially in the later stages of life. I don't think anyone actually gives a f tho, i mean on the grand scale of doom and unfamiliar levels of "bigger problems" to worry about.. we are living in a batshit crazy blackmirror ass timeline where creative expression woes pale in comparison to max oppression woes... still haven't unlisted my genesis tho... https://foundation.app/mint/eth/0x1124926D0Cc4e44872948200dC0290b555FF0c26/1 if any founders wan't to re-balance scales of karma.
