Jesse McWaters from Mastercard calls the GENIUS Act a "turning point" for stablecoins. It could bring big players in and boost compliant stablecoin growth. The bill starts a "new era of clear rules and crypto confidence," letting regulated firms issue dollar-backed coins. JPMorgan, Citi, Amazon, and others are already moving forward. "Mastercard’s been ready for this," he adds.
