Minister of Finance 🇺🇸 Scott Bessent: We believe that the United States should be the top destination for digital assets. To achieve that, as members of this committee and the Senate are trying to implement, it is necessary to build an effective market structure in which best practices will be applied and become the global standard. In fact, the problem lies in the fact that the United States needs to actively establish top practices, instead of letting other countries lead and create gaps that we must try to fill later. We want the United States to be a speed-setting country, not a follower.
