How my lateral raises are more efficient for me using dumbbells. I lean forward a bit to isolate the shoulders when i raise and to also keep my hands in front always. With the machine it’s automatically in front. Looking at my grip, you’ll find my thumbs in front. This is because i want make the resistance harder when coming down, cause you have to make sure it comes down slowly so you feel the burn. If you’re training to failure, you can’t help but swing a little towards the end.🤷🏾‍♂️

you ever try seated dumbbell raises? my favorite don't exactly know why it hits different, but it does

Oh yeah, i actually did it as my first set before making this video Gives a better stretch at the bottom ngl
