Day 3 of body weight training and Naomi dropped this warmup routine yesterday, i just had to follow up. You realize how perfect her lunges are when you get into it😅, those are pro athlete lunges for sure… i guess more core exercises for me lol. Also got a 40 pushup challenge, who’s in?👀
