Those that do Push Pull splits, do you guys normally do a push day, then immediately follow up with. a pull session next day? Or do you split it up? Quite sore from my push day, mainly focused on upper body because I did a shit ton of cardio.

My routine is: push, pull, legs, rest, push, pull. I could go two weeks, and the third week is my "de-load" week, where I intentionally do not lift as heavy as usual, just to reduce the load and stress my body faces for the period. I have been doing this intermittently for 9 years now.

Just remembered I don't have the power badge thingy so you might not see this, but I hope it helps. Also, I cycle, walk, or jog to the gym. After COVID, I realised how shit my cardio health was even though I had muscle mass, so I try to get it in, anyway I can.
