The last 24 hours were hell for me.
I’m someone who mentally gives up on life every time I fall sick. I just accept that maybe this is the end—every single time 😭. It’s a habit I picked up after surviving a terrible accident where I literally found myself under a truck.

This time, I’d been sick for weeks but kept it private. I refused meds or hospital visits because I believe so strongly in the Lord’s healing hands. My healing didn’t come, so I finally gave in and went to the hospital. Turns out my typhoid was extremely bad.

At some point, I had given up. I’m a semi-weak child, and I forget that a lot. With my eyes shut, I genuinely thought: Am I blind now? Will I ever see again? I’m a four-eyed girl who hates wearing her glasses, so of course, I blamed myself 😭.
